This is a Monday-Friday body part split program. This program is written: Monday: Chest Tuesday: Back Wednesday: Shoulders Thursday: Legs Friday: Arms This program is written to perform only one exercise at a time, as opposed to most of my other programs that are written with super sets and giant sets. Although I do always program my super sets and giant sets to be done in one or two stations, so that they can be done in busy gyms, if that still doesn’t work for you then this is a good option. This is also a great beginner bodybuilding program. This is a 12 week program with rep progressions in 4 week cycles. After the 12 weeks you can either start a new cycle of this program again, or progress to another program. After completing this program I would recommend progressing to the 5 day a week power building program, the 4 day a week bodybuilding program, or the 4 day a week strength program.
